Finding the right home inspector is very important.  Most people choose a home inspector from a list given to them by their Realtor.  Others choose their inspector from a referral from a friend.  Do your research.  Ask friends and family.  Price is important, but don't base your decission on the least expenssive price.  Find out how long the inspector has been performing inspections.  What are the different types of inspections does the company offer?  Remember that only 5% of businesses on Angies List receive the "Super Service Award". 

Service is that “intangible” word realized at the time of inspection, and after.  There are noticable differences among home inspection companies, the experience of their inspectors, and the service level provided for their clients.  Experience and service will have a profound impact upon the outcome of your home inspection. 

Who We Are

Darryl has been performing inspections in the San Antonio area since 2001.  Prior to that he and his wife Teresa worked for a well known home inspection company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.  Darryl and Teresa moved to the area in 2001 to start their own home inspection business and have truly enjoyed working with thousands of individuals and families for the past 12 years.  We are looking forward to assisting future home buyers for many years to come.
